Farm-grown wheat bread, melt-in-your-mouth pumpkin, and an autumn BBQ!
Enjoy the bounty of autumn at Ark Tategamori's Harvest Festival.
When I catch a faint scent of autumn in the morning and evening breezes, I get restless, thinking, "Is it almost time?"
The organic JAS-certified wheat, bathed in sunlight, is milled in the fall and becomes "this year's flour" that heads to the bakery. Furthermore, pumpkins are ripening in the fields, and under the clear autumn sky, you can enjoy a BBQ featuring Tategamori Highland pork cooked over charcoal.
We nurture the soil, cultivate crops, and animals enjoy their bounty, which then returns to the soil. This year of circular agriculture bears fruit in its most delicious form during this season.
Here are some of the autumn traditions of Ark Tategamori.
[Autumn's Star] Ark Tategamori's "Organic JAS Certified Wheat Bread" - Starting from the fields.
Freshly milled flour is delivered from our own mill to the farm, just the amount needed each time. Especially around September each year, bread made with that year's wheat starts appearing in the bakery. It's one of the moments when we feel autumn has arrived at Ark Tategamori.
At the bakery in Ark Kangamori, a wide variety of freshly baked breads are lined up every morning. The aroma of freshly baked bread filling the bakery somehow warms the heart. The bread baked here is simple, yet somehow has an addictive taste.

The secret to its deliciousness lies in the wheat. The bread at Ark Kangamori uses organic JAS-certified wheat grown on the farm's fields. It is cultivated without pesticides, and everything from harvesting to drying and milling is done in-house.

Wheat is a symbolic representation of the "circular agriculture" that Ark Tategamori values. The organic fertilizer produced in the process of circular agriculture nourishes the fields, and the wheat harvested from those fields becomes bread and sweets that reach you, or it forms the foundation for the cycle to continue again as feed for Tategamori Highland pigs.

Bread eaten after learning its story may taste much more flavorful than usual. Taking a bite of this bread is also about experiencing the cycle of Ark Tategamori.

Under the refreshing autumn sky, raise a toast with family and friends at our BBQ, limited to just three groups per day.

For those who want to enjoy the bountiful autumn season in the Ark Tategamori way, we recommend our spectacular BBQ.
The venue is "Farm Square," where a pleasant breeze blows through the farm. Equipment such as stovetops and tongs are available for rent, making it easy to enjoy (for details, see below).here)。
Now, the highlight of this BBQ is undoubtedly the "Tategamori Kogen Pork." There are no set ingredients provided; guests will purchase their own meat and sausages at the "Farm Market" located right next to Farm Square.

For adults who enjoy alcohol, we recommend offal that pairs well with wheat beer, or toasting with wine alongside roast ham and liver pâté. For the kids, we suggest BBQ sausages and bone-in spare ribs, a dish they don't often get to eat. Enjoy a BBQ tailored to the number of people and your preferences.
The moment the clear fat of the Tategamori Kogen pork crackles and pops over the charcoal fire, and it turns a fragrant, golden color, even the rising smoke is a treat.
Come on, let's celebrate the bountiful autumn harvest together!
