Our walk begins at a bakery filled with freshly baked bread.

This "luxurious stroll" is an adult walking course that mothers and daughters can enjoy together, where they can be soothed by herbs and savor bread and wheat beer while taking in breathtaking scenery.

Upon arriving at the farm, the first place we headed to was the bakery inside the "Farm Market." Here, you can purchase products made by Ark Tategamori, including bread made with organic JAS certified wheat and processed goods produced on the farm.

Items purchased at the "Farm Market" can be brought into the paid area. Let's start by choosing today's treats here.

In the morning, the bakery is a blissful space filled with the aroma of freshly baked bread. From sliced bread and baguettes to sandwiches... everything is made from organic JAS-certified wheat grown at Ark Tategamori.

After much deliberation, I bought one loaf of bread and one drink, then purchased a ticket at the farm entrance to enter the paid area of the ranch.

Upon entering through the entrance, the couple is greeted by "The Fragrant Breeze Garden," an English-style garden planted with roses and herbs. Over 100 varieties of herbs, including lavender, mint, sage, and lemongrass, are planted according to their intended use, such as "relaxation" or "refreshment."

"I didn't realize there were so many different kinds of mint!"

Mint, apple mint, pineapple mint. If you stroke the leaves with your fingers and bring them to your nose, you'll smell the fragrance of various fruits, just as the names suggest.

"I used to grow this herb in my garden. Do you remember when it bloomed with tiny flowers?"
"That flower was a herb! How nostalgic!"

Enjoy a delicious meal in a comfortable natural setting, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Next, we'll head to the "Shining Hill Observation Deck," located at the northernmost point of the ranch. It's the highest point on the ranch. After climbing the slope, a view unfolds that can only be experienced by walking there.

"Wow...!"

What awaited the two was rolling hills stretching into the distance. The sound of the wind rustling through and the waves of grass swaying in the distance filled the air. There was nothing to obstruct their view; it was a magnificent panoramic vista. Below them, vineyards stretched out, and pastures filled their entire field of vision.

I sit down on the bench and spread out the bread and wheat beer I bought from the bakery this morning.

Our next destination is the lavender fields. From June to July, the area is bustling with many people who come to see the lavender in full bloom.

As we descended from the "Shining Hill Observation Deck" and passed through the "Rainbow Hill View Terrace," we caught a glimpse of the "Lavender Fields" through the gaps in the trees.

"Isn't it over there? It looks like it's in full bloom already."
"What a beautiful purple color...! I can't wait to see it up close."

As you walk towards the lavender fields, the refreshing scent becomes more and more distinct.

Upon finally arriving and stepping into the field, you are greeted by a vast expanse of 6,500 lavender plants swaying in the wind.

"The wind that blows here smells like lavender."
"It's like being enveloped in a fragrance; it's so soothing."

On a purple carpet, cabbage butterflies flutter about, and bees busily carry nectar. It's a scene straight out of a picture book. Their breathing naturally deepens, and they feel the tension in their shoulders release, causing them to pause for a moment.

"Hey, Mom. How about we take a picture together for the first time in a while?"

"I walked a lot, so I want something sweet."

The two return to the entrance and head towards the "Welcome Shop Kinomi." They take a break on a bench with soft-serve ice cream in hand. This soft-serve ice cream is handmade using Ark Tategamori's specialty, old-fashioned eggs. The cones are also handmade one by one using organic JAS-certified wheat from the farm.

"It's cold and delicious! The sweetness is refreshing, and I could eat it all in no time!"
"The sweetness is so refreshing after a walk. I'm also curious about the grilled sausages on the sign."

Finally, we'll choose souvenirs at the "Farm Market" we visited in the morning.
