The ingredients are very simple.

Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
・Pork belly slices
·cabbage
・Salt and pepper (a little)
・Ponzu or sesame sauce (to taste)
How to make
- Chop the cabbage into chunks
- Place the cabbage in a frying pan or steamer and arrange the pork belly slices on top.
- Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Cover and steam over medium to low heat
- Once the pork is cooked through and the cabbage is soft, it's done.

Using Tategami Plateau pork belly adds a delicious fatty flavor and subtle sweetness to the cabbage.
By cooking it further, the cabbage becomes sweeter and the pork becomes moist.
You can simply season it with ponzu sauce.
