At the Welcome Shop Kinomi, we are selling handmade pork buns for a limited time.
The filling is made from Tategamori Plateau pork, and the dough is a blend of two types of organic JAS-certified wheat grown in-house.
The juicy filling and chewy skin make this a very filling treat!
Since no additives are used, the dough temperature and water content are carefully adjusted according to the temperature of the day.
Each one is individually wrapped by hand.
