Ark Tategamori will be holding a Herb Festival from June 14th to July 6th.

On June 28th and 29th, we will be inviting a lecturer to hold an event where you can learn about herbs.

Today, June 28th, we had a lecture from Ms. Taeko Shishido, who taught us about the rare fragrant rose.

It was a rare opportunity to experience the fragrant aroma of roses!

"Bulgarian Rose" is a rare rose that can only be harvested for three weeks out of the year!

Rose water is said to support physical and mental health, and has beauty benefits such as moisturizing the skin. I was intrigued to learn that it can also be used in cooking!

The scent of roses has a relaxing effect and makes you feel calm.

I learned that there are sweets and jams that use roses, and I became interested in roses as well as other herbs. Herbs seem to be very deep. (lol)

Now that I'm interested in herbs, I want to learn more about edible roses.
