At Ark Tategamori, all of our employees work together to carry out 5S activities.

5S stands for organization, order, cleaning, hygiene and discipline.

Each month we assign a person to clean up any areas of concern in each department.

The Agriculture and Livestock Department that I belong to has fixed activity days throughout the year.

This makes it easy to plan and participate in activities.

Since this is something that the entire group does, we get a lot of different ideas, which can serve as reference.

It would be best if we could all work hard together to create a better environment.
