Hello everyone!

It's getting a little cooler in the mornings and evenings, but it's still hot during the day! The temperatures will remain high for a while longer, so please be careful not to get heatstroke!

Ark Tategamori will be exhibiting at the "Craft Beer Festival in Ichinoseki" to be held from Friday, August 22nd to Sunday, August 24th.

The Craft Beer Festival is an event where you can taste a variety of beers from all over Japan and local products. Ark Tategamori will be offering their farm's specialty, Tategamori Highland Pork BBQ Sausage.

Our BBQ sausages are made with 100% Tategamori Highland pork and are additive-free. Each sausage is shaped and skewered by hand, so it's made with lots of love by our ham workshop staff!

We will grill it slowly over charcoal on the day, so it will be served fresh, hot, juicy and delicious.

Charcoal grilled sausages are the perfect accompaniment to beer.
