Recently, there have been news reports of heavy rain everywhere.

Is it the seasons that are strange, or is it the Earth that is strange? I hope there won't be a rebellion on Earth.

When I arrived in Kumamoto on a business trip to Kyushu after the Obon holidays, the ginkgo trees were already covered in yellow ginkgo nuts.

I roast ginkgo nuts to eat as a snack with alcohol, and I sometimes feel like I miss chawanmushi.

The change of seasons can be a time when the body is under stress and appetite tends to decrease, but we would like to introduce some recommended dishes.

Here's a simple and delicious way to enjoy Tategamori Plateau Pork!

"Tategamori Highland Pork Shabu-Shabu with Grated Daikon Radish Sauce"

1. Grate half of a daikon radish in advance.

②Add soy sauce and vinegar to the grated radish to your liking (use a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio of soy sauce to vinegar, with more vinegar).

3. Then, whether you are serving the shabu-shabu hot or cold, top it with plenty of grated daikon radish and enjoy.

Adding more vinegar makes it much easier to eat.
