Hello everyone!
Although the days are still hot during the day, the days are getting shorter and the mornings and evenings are getting cooler, and we are starting to feel autumn approaching. The end of August is approaching, and it feels a bit sad.
Well, what I'd like to introduce to you today is a hands-on class being held at Ark Tategamori!
There are a variety of experience classes available, but we would like to introduce some that are unique to Ark Tategamori.
As you may have already guessed from the title, this is a "Homemade Sausage Class"!
As the name suggests, this is an experience where you can make sausages with your own hands.

This sausage-making class is a very popular activity, especially for families with children.
We accept applications not only from families, but also from local children's groups and school field trips.
Every year during the summer holidays we receive many inquiries, and this year we received applications from families as well as children's groups, and many customers were able to experience the event.
Yesterday, local high school students had the opportunity to experience making sausages as part of their high school class.
When the herb season begins around June, we make "herb sausage" by adding basil, parsley, and other ingredients. It was a very valuable and wonderful experience, wasn't it?
One of the major features of the sausages produced at Ark Tategamori is that they are made without any additives.
As you will understand if you take a sausage-making class, the ingredients for sausages are quite simple and there are not many types.
It's mostly meat, and the rest is spices and, depending on the type of sausage, onions, herbs, etc.
In the case of regular sausages, additives such as coloring agents, flavorings, color fixatives, preservatives, binders, etc. are added.
Most sausages sold at local supermarkets contain additives.
During the experience, we will talk about the value of additive-free sausages, the difficulties involved in producing them, and the fact that they are safe to eat.
However, even if we leave out all those complicated details, I think that just experiencing it will be a good experience for young children and will become a fun memory.

Reservations can be made via our website, email or phone, so why not come and have fun making delicious sausages with your family and friends?
