My name is Minato Kobayashi and I joined the company in April of this year as a poultry manager in the Agriculture and Livestock Department.

My main job is to lay eggs and manage chickens at the chicken farm. Now that the weather is getting cooler, I want to make sure the chickens stay healthy.

It can be difficult to leave my hometown after joining the workforce, but I am working hard every day with the support of my superiors and seniors. They kindly explain anything I don't understand, so I feel like I am growing step by step.

There are still many tasks I have never done before and many things I don't understand, but I would like to ask questions each time and continue to grow.
