Our shipping team currently consists of seven people, and we work together every day to achieve our mission. The entire team works together to create a safe and efficient work environment, and as part of that, we are actively involved in 5S activities.

In our 5S activities, the 5S committee first takes the lead in clearly indicating each member's activity location and points for improvement, clarifying who is in charge of which area, and then everyone actively shares their opinions, finding areas for improvement from their own perspective, and working together to create a better environment. Personally, I feel that this system allows each member to be involved in the 5S activities as if they are "their own responsibility."

Recently, by placing importance on everyone working together, activities have taken root as continuous efforts rather than a one-off. Small daily efforts have ultimately led to big improvements, and have also contributed to preventing accidents and problems. In addition, having an organized and tidy work environment seems to improve work efficiency and also lead to increased motivation for the entire team.

◆The image shows a scene from a 5S activity held in August this year. This is a DIY project by the team members! A perfectly fitted roof was installed with precise design. It protects materials that were exposed to the rain and allows people to change clothes under the eaves.

With "everyone participating and everyone being aware" as our key phrases, we will continue to strengthen the sense of unity within the shipping team and create a safer and more comfortable workplace. By continuing to carry out 5S activities and making small improvements, we aim to become a better team and a better workplace.
