Happy new year
Thank you for your continued support this year.

I attended a forum held in Tokyo at the end of the year.
Among them, the theme that particularly stuck with me was "Work Diversity."
Women's advancement in society, re-employment of the elderly, the statutory employment rate for people with disabilities, promotion of employment of foreigners, and the so-called annual income barrier.
I felt that it would not be an exaggeration to say that the government has almost exhausted all the measures it can take to secure a working population.
In particular, as someone working in the labor-intensive primary industry, I strongly feel that while we will continue to advance mechanization more than ever before, the most important issue will be how to bring out the capabilities of each and every one of our diverse workforce.
The world is changing faster than we could have ever imagined.
That's why I want to make this a year in which we continue to take on challenges with even greater speed.
