The new year has begun and we are now in the middle of January, so I would like to wish everyone a happy new year.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the many customers who came to Ark Tategamori's New Year's sale, despite the cold weather. Thank you very much.

The two days of the first sale were incredibly busy, with queues stretching out the door after the rice cake throwing, and the whole venue was filled with excitement. For us in the butcher department, it was an unforgettable first sale, as we were able to experience the smiles and energy of our customers up close. However, we were not able to be thorough, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or trouble caused to our customers. We will take your feedback seriously and strive to create an even more satisfying sales floor next season.

Now, let me reiterate my goals and enthusiasm for this year. I want to continue striving to produce better meat products, while carefully working on each and every task each day, without being satisfied with the status quo. By valuing communication with my colleagues and continuing to hone my skills and knowledge, I will work my hardest to deliver products that are not only safe and secure, but that people will want to buy from again and recommend to others.
