A photo from about 20 years ago.
This is a nostalgic photo taken with my colleagues from the poultry club at that time.

Makoto, Yasu-san, Mitsue-chan, and me.
Although they have now moved to different departments, they are all still working hard in their respective places of work.

It snowed really well that year.
Working in a world covered in snow was tough, but strangely enough, it remains a fond memory in my mind.

And I can't forget--
The nostalgic "Spinning Sausage @@@"!
That fragrant smell and everyone's smiles.
The person in the center of the photo is President Shinei.
Back then, and even now, the site has always been full of energy.

Golden Week is the time to help out with work on the ranch.
That was the usual way we spent time with the Hashinuma children.
They work up a sweat together in nature, raise their voices, and learn the joys and rigors of working.
Looking back, it may have been the most luxurious time of all.

Talent Teruhide visited our ranch.
Just as refreshing and kind as you see on TV.
And President Shizu, you are so beautiful.
(Of course, I still do!)

The atmosphere at the event was different from what it is today.
Because we were a small group, we all pooled our wisdom, joined forces, and took on a variety of challenges.

・Sheep shearing show (I also remember the navy blue Tategamori Ark Farm work uniforms from that time)

・ Matchmaking event (full of handmade feel)

- "Millionaire" Quiz (I put on makeup with paint and, of course, shouted "Final Answer!")

・The original Ton Ton Derby (I miss the Ton Ton Derby sign...)

Everything is full of handmade feel.
But it's also packed with passion and memories.

And here is one of the few photos of me and my wife, who worked at Tills (lol).
It is now a valuable piece.

Looking back, I was able to take on a wide variety of challenges.
The experiences, encounters, and challenges of those days...
All of that has undoubtedly contributed to who I am today.

Nostalgic photos are not just records,
It will continue to give us the energy to move forward.
