This time I would like to talk about the sweets fair.
To allow customers who are unable to come to the farm to enjoy our products, we will be selling sweets online for a limited time, which are not normally available online.
A key feature of Ark Tategamori's bread and sweets is that they use organic JAS wheat that is produced and milled in-house. Japan's self-sufficiency rate for wheat is said to be around 10%, but even within that, organic JAS-certified wheat is extremely rare, accounting for around 0.05% of the domestic consumption. Wheat grown with care on the farm is milled in-house, and bread and sweets are made that make the most of the flavor of the ingredients. *Meringue (plain) does not contain wheat as an ingredient.
In addition, the sweets are made using fertilized eggs from the farm, known as "mukashitamago" eggs. These eggs are laid by lively chickens running around in the natural surroundings of the vast farm, and are healthy fertilized eggs that are the result of a natural love affair between a rooster and a hen. These eggs, packed with the bounty of nature, enhance the deliciousness of the sweets.
Furthermore, Ark Tategamori does not use margarine or shortening. Although fats and oils are essential for making bread and sweets, we only use butter. Based on the idea of valuing the natural flavor of the ingredients, we continue to create products that can be enjoyed with peace of mind.
