Hello. I'm Honoka Tsuda from Fujisawa Farm.
Last year, I had my first direct junior colleague, so I'd like to talk about that.
At first, I didn't know how to interact with my juniors, so I spent my days consulting with my seniors about how to teach and interact with them.
At the time, I was working in a farrowing pen, taking care of mother pigs and their piglets. I realized that raising people is just as difficult and profound as supporting the growth of piglets that cannot speak human language.
This past year has truly been a time of growth for me, alongside my juniors.
Now, a year later,
I'm really looking forward to seeing what my junior, who has grown to the size of a piglet (about twice the size of an average piglet), will accomplish in the future.
Starting today, I will be leaving the farm where I worked until last year and starting work at a new farm. I will do my best to deliver even better pork to everyone, utilizing both my initial enthusiasm and the experience I have gained so far.
