This year, the Tategamori Herb Festival will be held from June 15th (Sat) to July 7th (Sun) as an event filled with herbs!

"Basil sausage made with Tategamori Plateau pork"
Let's make additive-free* sausages using carefully selected Tategamori Highland Pork from our farm.
You will learn how to make meat sausages, which is difficult to do at home.
Special event only available during Tategamori Herb Festa Weeks
*No preservatives, coloring agents, binders, flavor enhancers, colorants, or bulking agents are used.
Please note that the barbs used may change depending on the growing conditions.
