The relay course is set up as follows: Section 1 is a 4.0km downhill run on the Tategamori Plateau, Sections 2 and 3 are flat but long 6.5km runs, and Section 4 is an anchor, a 4.2km uphill run on the Tategamori Plateau. You can enjoy the relay race while taking in the nature in the fresh air of the Tategamori area, which overlooks the majestic Ou Mountains in the distance.

By the way, "Gotsuo" means "feast," and we have prepared a meal (Restaurant Till's Buffet) that makes generous use of produce from Ark Tategamori, as well as treats to eat during the relay race.We have also included a hot spring bath after the race, and all of this has been packaged as a special gift for the four participants.
