The 15th Tategamori Kaze Festival inArk Tategamori and the 9th Tategamori Gottsuo Marathon were held on Sunday, February 4, 2020!

The weather was good, and the marathon started at 10 a.m., with runners seriously competing for the best time, runners wearing costumes to cheer up those around them, runners running with their parents, and energetic children. This year's Tategamori Gottsuo Marathon was held with approximately 250 participants, the largest ever, and more runners than usual ran through the Tategamori Plateau, which overlooks the beautiful mountains of Ou in the distance, and in the middle of winter. In addition, at the finish line of the marathon, Kirara Kitchen will be serving ``Anko Mochi'' and ``Soy Sauce Ramen,'' and Popo-chan's Apple Orchard will be serving ``apple juice.'' At each facility, the marathon specialty ``Gottsuo Lunch'' (local The runners were treated to heartfelt hospitality by enjoying a delicious meal.

Furthermore, after the marathon, the 15th Tategamori Kaze Festival inArk Tategamori will hold new events such as the "Midwinter Dinosaur Race", "Chambara Battle", the Tategamori Kaze Festival's specialty "kite flying", and " The event was the best ever for a Tategamori-style festival, with everyone enjoying food and fun, such as marshmallows and sausage grilled over an open fire in the Gottsuo Tent, and served with plenty of pork soup. .

As a final note, the upcoming Tategamori Kaze Festival is scheduled to be held at Iwate Safari Park on February 11th (Sunday) and at Hana to Izumi Park on February 18th (Sunday). "Midwinter Dinosaur Race" and "Kite Flying" are also scheduled to be held at each venue.
