As the days get warmer, our vegetable team is preparing for summer vegetables.

Preparation for summer vegetables can begin as early as winter. In February, seeds for eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, etc. are sown one by one in cell trays and carefully grown in a heated nursery house. Strong seedlings are selected and temporarily transplanted into slightly larger pots, and after further growth they are finally transplanted into the greenhouse. Harvesting will begin with the earliest growing plants, but is generally scheduled to begin around the end of June. We are already looking forward to the summer harvest.

We will take good care of them so that they grow big and delicious, so please look forward to it.
