Starting this fiscal year, we will beAI Utilization Committee" has been launched.
I have been appointed as the committee chair, so I would like to introduce the committee's activities and thoughts on the matter.

◆ Background of the Committee's Establishment

In recent years, artificial intelligence technology, including generative AI, has evolved rapidly, and is beginning to bring about major changes in the way we work. In light of this trend, it has become more important than ever for our company to properly understand AI and utilize it in our work.

In response to voices such as "AI seems difficult" and "I want to use it, but I don't know where to start," this committee was established with the aim of creating an environment in which anyone can use AI with ease.

◆ Activities

Currently, the AI Utilization Committee is carrying out the following activities:

• Taking AI human resource development courses
  Our internal staff take courses to systematically learn the basics of generative AI, deepening their understanding of AI.
  The first step is for the committee members themselves to become "people who can use AI."
• Creating AI tools
  We are planning to develop AI tools for our company that will be useful in daily work. We aim to create tools that emphasize practicality, such as those that can improve the efficiency of routine work and support document creation.
• Introducing useful ways to use ChatGPT
  We plan to clearly introduce "useful ways to use" AI, including ChatGPT, in our company newsletter etc.
  We provide mainly familiar examples so that you will feel like, "I would like to try using this!"

◆ What we aim to achieve

To that end, we plan to continue disseminating information, developing tools, and providing learning opportunities.

Utilizing AI is not something special; it is simply a matter of accumulating things that make work a little easier.
We will continue to carry out activities that are friendly and useful to our employees.
