This time, I would like to introduce Mukashitamago no Shizuku.
Tamagokakegohan sauce that goes perfectly with old-fashioned eggs. Ooi bonito is added in the manufacturing process, and the taste and aroma are different. A seasoning made with naturally brewed white soy sauce as a base, combined with bonito, grilled chin, and kombu broth. It can also be used for dashimaki tamago and chawanmushi.
