The other day, I had the opportunity to eat food while listening to a talk by herb and olive oil researcher, Professor Kitamura Mitsuyo.

I was able to learn about the properties of olive oil and herbs that I had never known before, and it was truly an eye-opener.
The food I had this time was made using olive oil, herbs, and just a little bit of salt, and although it didn't use many seasonings, I could still taste the full flavor of the ingredients and it was still very delicious.

I learned a lot from the stories and cooking that I heard from Professor Kitamura, and it was a valuable experience that I would like to use in my work and my personal life.
