Nowadays, 5S activities have become widespread in every company.
At Ark Group, each department also decides on a theme each month and works on it accordingly.

In the marketing department, we make use of what we have as much as possible.

We have been thinking about ways to ensure that everyone can continue on the same page, such as how to manage equipment, and have been working on this.

And this season, we are working to further refine it.
In our daily work, we consider ease of use, time saving, and putting things back after use as very basic things.
We made sure to call out to them so that it became a natural thing to do, and now it has become a well-established practice.
Doing obvious things in an obvious way seems easy, but it's actually quite difficult.

Actually, I'm not very good at it either, but with everyone's encouragement I was able to be conscious of it and do it.

It's important to speak up. I really feel that way ( ´∀｀ )

And this season, we have equipped the equipment to make it look neat, easy to use, and easy to see.

We are working towards this goal.
