Hello, this is Musashi Onodera from the Bakery in the Manufacturing and Sales Department. It's been hot these days, but I hope you're all doing well.

Today, I would like to introduce the products of our bakery once again. The wheat we use in our bakery is organic wheat, which is rare worldwide, and we produce it ourselves. We use this precious wheat to make bread and sweets.

Have you ever heard of the phrase "shindofuji/shindofuni"? This is the idea that our human bodies and the environment they belong to are inseparably connected. In other words, our health and the environment are intimately connected. We believe that eating food grown in Iwate is good for both the body and the mind.

We encourage everyone to try bread and sweets made with wheat grown in Iwate and stay healthy in both body and mind to get through the hot summer!
