My name is Suzuki Ayami, and I joined Hanaizumi Farm in the pig farming division in April.

At Hanaizumi Farm, we mainly care for sows and piglets before and after giving birth.

Before joining the company, I had never had the opportunity to see pigs up close, so every day is a learning experience for me.
I work hard at my daily job, feeling the joy of trying new things and gradually increasing the amount of work I can do.

There are many times when I feel like I've failed, but my seniors all give me warm advice, saying, "It's better to make lots of mistakes in your first year!"

The gaze of these seniors towards the pigs was sharp yet full of love, and I felt that this passion led to the creation of a product that "puts a smile on the face of those who eat it."

I want to continue growing step by step, never forgetting this fresh feeling I can only feel now that I'm in my first year.
