Today, we will be introducing the shabu-shabu at Ark Tategamori!

Restaurant Till's is currently holding a "Shabu Shabu Fair" using Tategamori Highland Pork Belly for a limited time during the winter.

All-you-can-eat shabu-shabu made with tender and lightly tasting Tategamori Kogen pork!

We also have a shabu-shabu sauce made from sesame dressing and ponzu sauce, which you can pour over your shabu-shabu.
