Time flies, and the 7th year of Reiwa is almost over.

We have had the opportunity to interact with many customers throughout the year.
This year, I was reminded of the importance of listening carefully to customers' requests in my daily customer service, and how a simple word can put them at ease.
There were busy times, but as I gained experience, I felt I was gradually able to handle the work with more ease.
Next year, we will continue to strive to provide customer service that is tailored to each individual customer, so that we can provide even greater satisfaction.
