In our sales department, we feel that hearing directly from our customers is the happiest thing.
Sometimes we use sales promotion materials, and sometimes we use business negotiation materials to make proposals to help our customers and business partners spend more fulfilling days.
In such a case, when I receive words such as "Thank you!"
This "warmth" became the driving force that moved me, and I realized that there was a chain of "good coincidences" that I wanted to make even more happy.
I would like to consciously say words such as "Thank you" and "It's wonderful."
