10 years have passed since the Great East Japan Earthquake.
We sincerely pray for the repose of the souls of those who lost their lives in the earthquake.
In Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture, near Ichinoseki City, Iwate Prefecture, where Tategamori Ark Farm is located, the Sanriku Coastal Road, known as the ``Recovery Road'', was opened for 7.3km on March 6th (Saturday) and is being developed as a recovery road. With the recent opening, the Sanriku Coastal Highway in Miyagi Prefecture is now fully operational, directly linking Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, and Miyako City, Iwate Prefecture, by an expressway.
I drove with my parents on the opening day.
When I look at the newly built "Kanae Ohashi Bridge" that crosses over Kesennuma Bay and the streets of the disaster-stricken area, my heart reacts to the fact that it has been revived to this extent in 10 years since the devastation immediately after the earthquake.
Recovery and reconstruction efforts are still underway in the disaster-stricken areas, overcoming numerous difficulties.

I would like to express my sincere respect and gratitude to all those involved.

By the way, the total length of the Kesennuma Bay crossing bridge, ``Kanae Ohashi'', which was named after a public contest, is 1.344 meters. It is the longest suspension bridge of its type in Tohoku.


One day (I remember it was the month before last), our president suddenly appeared in the meat work room...

Thigh meat is divided into three main parts.
These are the ``inner thigh'', ``outer thigh'', and ``core ball''.

The lamp becomes a further part of the outer thigh.
This is the part from the waist to the buttocks.
The texture of the meat is very fine and it is the most tender part of the thigh meat.

This cut can be used for almost all menus, including steak, yakiniku, stir-fry, sukiyaki, and shabu-shabu.
