It's been almost two years since I joined the company.
My resolution for 2016 is to be able to deal with problems myself.
Currently, there are many machinery-related systems whose structures are still poorly understood, and it may be difficult for one person to provide first aid.
It's almost my third year with the company, and I'll have a new junior colleague starting in April, so I'd like to increase my knowledge of things other than pigs so I can deal with a variety of things on my own.
