Reiwa 4th year is also like the wind, and the last day has come to the end of the year.

This year was a special year for our company as it was the 50th anniversary year and we carried out various memorial initiatives. So, I think it was a very dark year.

As we enter this year, we have received support from many employees and many related parties.

Also, during this memorial year, I had many new encounters with many people, and received many professors for the next step. And all the employees have supported the company firmly.

In the 5th year of Reiwa, it is the 52nd term for our company.

With the new beginning of Ark Tategamori, we will once again take on a big challenge.

It will be an exciting year. I'm looking forward to it.

Instability is inherent in growth. No growth under stability.

We will enjoy the instability and lead our ark in a good direction together.
