My name is Kousei Miura, a baker who joined Farm Market this year. Please get to know me later.

I joined a bakery here in ARK Tategamori in order to learn the knowledge and skills of confectionery and bread making at a vocational school for two years and become a full-fledged baker.

It's been three months since I joined the company, and I'm making bread with cheerful and fun seniors every day so that customers can be satisfied. I still have a lot to learn, but I have learned a lot from many senior employees, including those at Farm Market.

Now, my boss, who I respect, teaches me about work other than bread making. So, my boss gave me a compliment saying, "It's a big deal. You can leave it to me even if I'm not there!" I was honestly happy to be praised, and it made me feel like I should do my best.

i have a goal I want to make ARK Tategamori famous not only for pork but also for bread. We will continue to strive to provide even higher quality bread to everyone, so that people can say that ARK is synonymous with pork, and ARK is synonymous with bread.
