This time I would like to talk about what I usually keep in mind when dealing with customers.
As a member of the butcher team, I cut meat for mail order sales. There are two things I always pay attention to in my daily work.
① We always keep the manufacturing site clean. We are committed to cleaning the floor so that not even a single speck of trash is left behind.
② We pay attention to the shape, presentation, and gram management of the products we manufacture. When cutting meat, the color and thickness of fat change depending on where you cut it. Because it is an important product that will be delivered to customers, we always keep that in mind when we work!

As a member of the meat team, we will continue to provide products that will please our customers!
