This sausage contains plenty of okara seasoned with pork sauce (fermented pork seasoning) and cooking sake. The bean curd is made from ``Likachan Kobo Mukashi Tofu,'' also located in Fujisawa.
I hear people say they don't like the lumpy texture of okara, but this sausage is smooth and easy to eat. It has 20% less salt and fat than our other sausages, so it's refreshing, but you can still enjoy the flavor of the meat and the flavor of the soybeans.
Silk-ground meat is smooth and retains the texture of okara, while coarse-ground meat has a texture that makes it more filling. When you put both in your mouth, the aroma of soybeans spreads out. These two types are included in the set, so please try them and compare.
My recommended way to eat it is boiled. It's delicious to eat as is, but a customer said in a review that it goes well with lemon, soy sauce, or miso, so I decided to give it a try.
