My name is Shinichiro Tado, and I joined the company on March 21. I belong to Hanaizumi Farm, Pig Farming Division. This is my first time working with living things, and instead of being confused, I am working every day with a fresh feeling. What I value in this job is pig first and teamwork. I can't speak to pigs, but they give me some kind of signal. I feel that it is an important role of a manager to notice even the slightest change from yesterday and deal with it as soon as possible.
