I would like to introduce stew dishes that will soothe your mind and body.

The menu currently available on the buffet,
Tomato stew using Tategamori Kogen pork.
First, the meat is browned and simmered for about an hour.
Add tomato holes, tomato paste, and spices to the stir-fried onions.
Adjust the taste with salt and pepper, and if it thickens, it's ready!
It would also be delicious to add cut carrots or potatoes to it.
