This is kato in charge of poultry farming.
It's been a week since I left this year.
It's snowing in earnest and the temperature is dropping.
It's cold and it's hard to get out of the futon in the morning.

Chickens spend their days in chicken coops.
We usually raise chickens on pasturage,
This is the time when bird flu begins to spread.
We stop grazing and are bred in the poultry house.

Grazing is scheduled to resume in early April.
The chickens may be impatient for spring to come soon.
