Hello, this is Yukie Chiba from the bakery.

One-third of December has passed, and the days of being tied up have arrived⛄
Every day is busy as we approach the end of the year, but what are your plans for Christmas?

Having fun with your family?
Drinking with friends?
Passionately with your lover?
Quietly alone? (By the way, this is me)

This time, I would like to introduce cheese and wine that will make each Christmas special.

The cheeses sold at the market are 5 types of cheese made by Kiji Dairies.
None of these cheeses have a unique taste, so they will create a subtle effect no matter what you pair them with.
I think not.
Among them, Izumo La Rouge (Gouda cheese) is coated with red wax.
It's also gorgeous to liven up Christmas. It becomes soft when heated, so it's perfect for cooking (o^-^o)❢

The market's wine cellar is stocked with a wide variety of delicious wines.
Sparkling wine is always popular around Christmas.

My recommendation this time is made locally in Rikuzentakata, Iwate.
Kanda Vineyard Campbell Early Dry Rosé.
The colors are lovely and it's perfect for Christmas, isn't it?
Foreign products are good, but please try the local Iwate flavors as well.

However, it is best to choose the cheese and wine according to your preference!
We hope you will visit the market and have fun making your selections.
