Bread and sweets made with farm-raised free-range fertilized eggs and farm-grown organic JAS wheat have a somewhat nostalgic taste. Each handmade bread has an exceptional aroma and flavor of wheat. The sweets are made with carefully selected ingredients such as organic wheat and old-fashioned eggs, and are characterized by their elegant sweetness and natural taste.

Using farm-grown "organic JAS wheat", the bread made without additives while being particular about the ingredients has a strong wheat aroma and you can enjoy the original taste of the ingredients. No margarine, only Hokkaido butter. We use unbleached beet granulated sugar from Hokkaido so that you can feel the natural sweetness, milk from Ichinoseki for the milk, and salt from Aguni from Okinawa to bring out the taste of the bread. We carefully examine the raw materials and finish each one by hand.

The sweets, which are made with free-range fertilized eggs such as “mukashi tamago” and “organic JAS wheat”, have a somewhat nostalgic taste. The milk and fresh cream are locally produced, and the decisive factor for the sweetness is the unbleached beet granulated sugar from Hokkaido. Feel the real natural sweetness unlike sweeteners.
